The Jackson 9515-005-00-06 is an air gap designed for use in commercial kitchen drain lines. It features a nickel-plated body construction with 1/2" female pipe thread inlet and outlet connections. This air gap measures 2" in height x 2" in diameter and provides a 1" air gap separation between the inlet and outlet flow to prevent backflow contamination. It allows air flow to prevent siphonage and backpressure backflow while draining fixture waste indirectly to the drainage system. The rugged construction and corrosion-resistant finish allow this air gap to stand up to the demands of a busy commercial kitchen environment. It is ANSI/ASME and Plumbing Code compliant.
