Malachy Parts Plus handles manufacturer warranties for defective parts. Most warranties are valid for 90 days from purchase, though coverage periods vary by manufacturer and specific item.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you've installed a part that isn't working properly, complete a Defective Part Return Form and email it to partsplus@malachycares.com. We'll review your claim and respond within 48 hours.

OEM Parts Protection
Using Genuine OEM parts from Malachy Parts Plus helps protect your equipment's existing warranty.

Return Policy
Most new and unused items can be returned within 90 days of purchase.

Important Restrictions

• Electrical Parts are non-returnable
• Compressors must be properly sealed for returns or the claim will be refused
• Custom Orders cannot be cancelled or returned
• Warranties cover manufacturer defects only, not damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
