This pan kit includes 2 full-size steam table pans, 2 half-size steam table pans, and 4 sets of pan rails. The durable stainless steel construction allows these pans to withstand high heat and moisture within a commercial combination oven. The included pan rails properly position the pans within the oven to allow for optimal steam circulation. This Amana pan kit contains standardized steam table pans and rails to fit existing racks within compatible ovens.
