This replacement platen seam gasket is designed for use with Antunes commercial griddles. It has the manufacturer's part number 0200437.
The platen seam gasket creates a tight seal between griddle platens to prevent grease and debris from getting inside the unit. It measures approximately 1/2" W x 156" L and is made of high temperature silicone for durability.
