Antunes 7002822 Cavity Gasket
The Antunes 7002822 is a replacement cavity gasket for select Blodgett and Cleveland steamer models. This high-temperature fiberglass gasket measures 16" x 0.5" and creates a tight seal between the cooking cavity doors on compatible steamers.
With its heat-resistant construction, this gasket helps maintain steam and heat efficiency within the cooking cavity. The compressible fiberglass material conforms to seal any irregularities on sealing surfaces. The gasket's thickness and density are engineered to NSF-certification standards.
The Antunes 7002822 features an easy self-adhesive backing for quick, hassle-free installation. No tools or hardware required. Simply remove paper backing and press gasket in place on door sealing surface.
