The Antunes 9100670 JS-1000 is a powerful and efficient jet steamer designed for commercial kitchen use. This 1500 watt jet steamer features a stainless steel interior and exterior for durability. It has an 8 quart water capacity and can output up to 210°F of steam temperature at 116 PSI to quickly steam vegetables, seafood, and other foods. The JS-1000 includes a 60 minute mechanical timer for accurate cooking and auto shut off safety. This unit fits a standard 24" x 24" footprint and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
