This commercial well pan is designed for use in APW Wyott countertop food wells. It features a durable stainless steel construction with studs in the bottom to elevate foods above collected liquids. With dimensions of 16" x 12" x 4", this pan allows for effective display and holding of a variety of hot or cold menu items. The included studs raise foods 3/8" above the bottom to prevent sogginess. This well pan is an ideal replacement part for compatible APW Wyott countertop food wells. It has been replaced by part number APWAS-55560.
