The APW Wyott 55566 TM-43 is a drop-in hot food well designed to keep prepared foods hot and ready to serve. This unit features a 430 stainless steel well with a 43 quart capacity, allowing you to hold a variety of menu items at safe serving temperatures throughout the day. The well is heated by a 750 watt Incoloy sheathed tubular heating element with an adjustable thermostat that allows temperatures from 50 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. This NSF Listed unit has a universal voltage plug that works on 208-240V power supplies.
