This APW Wyott 20" x 26" stainless steel steam table pan comes with a drain assembly. The pan is made from type 430 polished stainless steel for durability. It features a 2" drain in one corner to allow excess liquid to drain off. The included drain assembly consists of a drain screen and 1 1/2" tailpiece that fits standard drain connections. This assembly helps prevent clogs. The pan itself has folded corners and ribbed sides to increase rigidity. Its long rectangular shape provides an ample cooking surface. Overall dimensions are 20" x 26" x 4". This pan is NSF certified. It's designed for use in steam tables and cold food tables to hold hot or cold foods in commercial kitchens and buffet settings.
