This APW Wyott orifice is a bell-shaped brass fitting used in commercial gas ranges and other cooking equipment. It has a 3/16" opening and is drilled at a #18 diameter for use with liquid propane gas. This standardized orifice controls and directs the flow of gas to the burner to regulate the flame. It attaches to the gas valve or line feeding the burner.
