The APW Wyott FD-48H-T is a toggle control for APW Wyott FD-48H series hot food wells. It features a sturdy chrome-plated steel housing and an easy-to-use on/off toggle switch to control the 120V, 1265W heating element. Suitable for commercial kitchens and buffet lines, this toggle control provides convenient access to turn the hot food well on and off. The FD-48H series wells keep prepared foods hot and ready to serve with adjustable thermostatic control up to 200°F. The toggle control mounts to the ledge on APW Wyott FD-48H, FD-48HC, FD-48HP and FD-48HCP hot food pans (pans sold separately). Made in the USA.
