Blodgett 40879 Hi Limit Safety Sensor

This hi limit safety sensor is designed for use in Blodgett commercial ovens. It features a capillary bulb and sensor that monitors oven temperature, and triggers the safety to shut off oven heat if temps exceed safe levels. Cutout temp is 500°F. Replacement part number is CRWN4874-3.
