This left-handed stainless steel drip pan assembly is designed for use with Blodgett commercial convection ovens. Key features include durable stainless steel construction with welded corners for longevity, slanted side walls to efficiently direct grease and liquids to the front drain, and compatibility with select Blodgett oven models including XR8, XR10, and DFG-200. Specifications include 16 gauge 304 series stainless steel, measurements of 26” x 12” x 2”, integrated 1” front drain, and 8” backsplash. Assembly replaces existing pan in supported Blodgett ovens for easier cleaning and maintenance.
