This reducer is designed to connect to Blodgett commercial oven steam lines for slow water fill. It features brass construction for durability and includes a 1/2" male inlet to connect to water supply. Reduces steam line water flow to 1/4" outlet for controlled oven steam generation. Maximum pressure rating 150 PSI. For use with select Blodgett deck and convection ovens. Provides slower water fill to oven steam lines to prevent water hammer and smooth steam generation.
