Frymaster Drain Safety Microswitch (Part Number 2200143)
This drain safety microswitch is designed for use with Frymaster commercial deep fryers. It functions as a safety switch, shutting off power to the fryer when the drain valve is opened.

- Compatible with select Frymaster gas and electric open deep fryer models
- Normally-closed switch opens when drain valve is opened
