The L112A is a hi limit thermostat compatible with Grindmaster Cecilware GF8, GF16, and GF28 coffee grinders. This thermostat features manual reset functionality to prevent overheating and automatically shuts off power if the grinder exceeds a preset high temperature threshold. Once the unit cools sufficiently, the red reset button pops out and power can be restored by pushing the button back in. This safety component helps protect the grinder motor and other sensitive parts from damage due to excessive heat.
