The Henny Penny 22518 is a replacement water pan base for Henny Penny pressure fryers. This durable stainless steel base measures 16" x 12" and sits under the fry pot to catch hot oil or water drippings. It has a depth of 2.5" to contain a sufficient amount of liquid. The 22518 base is made to fit select Henny Penny gas and electric pressure fryer models. Please check your model number for compatibility. This part has been replaced by part number 22551.
