The Henny Penny 51800 body valve is a commercial kitchen appliance part used in Henny Penny pressure fryers. This valve body routes oil flow and attaches to the drain pipe, regulating oil drainage from the fry pot. It has 1" NPT pipe thread connections and is made of stainless steel for durability.
This part has been replaced by part number 56305 and is no longer available for purchase. The newer 56305 body valve fits select Henny Penny pressure fryer models including the OCF-40, OCF-50, and OCF-65 units. It features upgraded seals for improved performance.
