This drain pan and caster assembly is designed for use with Henny Penny commercial fryers. It features a stainless steel pan with rolled edges to catch oil drips and spills from the fryer, protecting the surrounding floor.
The assembly includes 4 heavy duty casters that allow easy mobility for cleaning and maintenance. Casters are 5" diameter with stainless steel stems, zinc plated swivel joints, and grease resistant polyurethane wheels. Weight capacity per caster is 250 lbs.
