This is a replacement view glass assembly for select Henny Penny pressure fryers, part number 58607-016. It fits 2 full size fryer models HUSS-14 and HUSS-16. The assembly includes the tempered glass view window and mounting hardware for installation on applicable fryer models. This part has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
