The Henny Penny 77285 is a high limit thermostat designed for use in Henny Penny commercial cooking appliances. This thermostat features a one-piece brass construction with stainless steel sensing bulb and capillary tube. It has a temperature range of 200-500°F (93-260°C) and a fixed cutoff point of 425°F (218°C) to help prevent overheating. The manual reset button allows the user to easily reset the thermostat after cooling the appliance below the cutoff point. With a compact size and 1/4" NPT thread connection, the 77285 provides reliable temperature control and overheating protection for Henny Penny fryers and other commercial cooking equipment.
