This thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) is designed for use with Henny Penny BCF-24 fryers. Features precise refrigerant flow control to maintain proper oil temperatures. Rugged brass construction with packless valve and external equalizer line. Specifications include: 1/2" inlet and outlet connections, 7.5 ton capacity at 10°F superheat, charge of 7.0 oz R134a refrigerant. Replaces older fixed orifice devices to improve temperature regulation. Discontinued product, no longer available from manufacturer. Consult authorized parts dealer for recommended substitute.
