The Imperial 1033 IR-GRIDDLE burner assembly is designed in an I-shape to deliver powerful and even heating across commercial griddles. Constructed from durable cast iron with an infrared coating for superior heat transfer. Features adjustable legs to ensure level installation on griddles up to 60" wide. Operates on natural or liquid propane gas. UL listed for safe operation. Generates up to 130,000 BTU output. Includes orifice hood, air shutter, burner bowl, venturi tube and fittings. Replaces old 1033 model assemblies for upgraded performance. Quality commercial appliance replacement part made in the USA.
