This commercial slicer features a powerful 1/2 HP motor and 8 inch diameter hardened and ground carbon steel blade to efficiently slice a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. With a die cast aluminum base and gauge plate that runs on permanently sealed ball bearings, this slicer provides stability and smooth operation. The large product table tilts to a 30 degree angle and the slice thickness is adjustable from 0 to 9/16 inches, allowing for precision slicing. Safety features include a knife ring guard, built-in sharpener and no-volt release. This NSF and ETL certified slicer is ideal for high volume commercial kitchens.
