This OEM replacement control knob is compatible with the Sammic ST-252 and ST-352 manual gravity feed slicers. It allows precise control of slice thickness settings from deli-thin to 3/4" slices. Constructed of black plastic with etched thickness markings and stainless steel set screw for securing to slicer mechanism. Replace worn or damaged knobs to restore slicing performance on these popular medium-duty slicers.
