The Star 2A-Y3961 is an orifice fitting for commercial kitchen appliances. It is constructed from stainless steel for durability in commercial kitchen environments. This orifice fitting has a 0.093" diameter opening to control gas flow rates. It has 1/4" NPT pipe threads on both inlet and outlet sides to facilitate secure connections.
