The Star 2V-Z21506 is a PTFE sheet designed for use in commercial kitchen equipment. It features a high heat resistance up to 500°F and a non-stick surface for easy release and cleanup. This PTFE sheet measures 6" x 6" and has a thickness of 0.031". It is constructed of food-grade virgin PTFE that is NSF approved for sanitation and safety. The slip-resistant texture on one side provides a stable grip surface. This replacement PTFE sheet is compatible with multiple Star equipment models including charbroilers, griddles, and other high-heat cooking appliances. It allows for even heating and protection of cooking surface.
