It features a rugged cast iron construction with a center feed gas inlet and is rated for 199,000 BTU. The burner head measures 18" x 18" and is designed for optimal flame spread and efficiency. It can be used with natural gas or liquid propane and includes a ceramic radiant for even heating. The unit has a 3/4" NPT gas inlet connection and is ETL Sanitation listed for commercial use. The ribbed cast iron surface allows grease drainage and ease of cleaning. It comes with mounting studs and hardware for installation into countertops or ranges.
