This 14" exhaust baffle has a split top design to fit overhanging shelves. It is made to attach to Star ventilation hoods and ventilators with 14" openings. The baffle helps guide heat, steam, and odors up into the hood and prevents lateral escape into the kitchen. Constructed of durable 18 gauge stainless steel. Designed for easy installation and removal for cleaning. Measures 13-7/8" x 13-7/8" to fit 14" openings. Split top overhang is 1/2" on each side to accommodate shelves. Appropriate for use in commercial kitchens.
