This is a genuine OEM convection oven conversion kit for Stero model SCT-76 and SCT-76S commercial convection ovens. It allows you to convert your existing convection oven into a convection steamer oven.
The kit includes:
- Water injection system
- Water tank
- Associated wiring and components
It enables steaming and combi steaming cooking modes in addition to standard convection modes. Steam cooking locks in moisture, resulting in juicier meats and bakery products. The combi setting combines convection heat with steam for faster, more even cooking.
