The Vulcan Hart 00-411038 is a grid carriage component designed for use with Vulcan convection ovens. This durable chrome-plated grid carriage measures 26" x 18" and features welded rod construction with 4" spacing between wires to support baking sheets, pans, and other items during convection cooking. It has a maximum temperature rating of 500°F and is built to withstand heavy commercial kitchen use. The grid carriage slides smoothly on integral wheels and rails to facilitate easy transfer of food items in and out of the oven. This part is commonly replaced every 3-5 years depending on frequency of oven use.
