This rubber seal is compatible with Berkel slicer models 825A and 827E. It measures approximately 16" L x 0.25" W and is used to seal the slicer table. Constructed of durable rubber for a tight fit and sealing performance. Replaces old or worn seals to prevent debris buildup and maintain sanitary conditions. Simple installation by pressing into place along slicer table edge.
